When hiring a photo booth for your event what is the most important thing you look for?

So I just realized today that 4 days ago was the 5 year anniversary of our very first photo booth rental! Since then we have expanded to 5 booths, including The Photo Bug, won best photo booth company 3 years in a row, and have done over 805 rentals and counting! That is CRAZY!
