" Before new and different ways of doing things can be implemented, organizations must first address the "real issues" that are driving them, including hidden attitudes and assumptions that make people speak... one way but act in a very different way. Problems are our friends. If people don't venture out, no significant change will occur. While problems are inevitable, the good news is that you can't learn or be successful without them. The purpose is the master of motivation and the mother of commitment. It is the source of enthusiasm and the womb of perseverance. Your purpose carries constant energy for perseverance. Your persistence allows you to wait for the end that you have set in mind. So be persistent as regrets look back, worry sideways, but Vision looks up.... Although it seems impossible, one must be persistent. Going from your dreams to a detailed and comprehensive Vision of the future is key; thus, The Vision is the detailed blueprint of your dream. Including the people needed to have the vision realized is of paramount importance as well. The involvement of the necessary people in the vision is key. If you are looking for the commitment of the people who will help you realize the vision, get them involved. Because No Involvement, No Compromise.

There is no more powerful engine that propels an organization toward excellence and long-term success than an attractive and valuable v...ision of the future, and one that is widely shared. A bold Vision is the first, second, and third most important thing. On the other hand, if you don't dare to do anything, don't expect anything.
