Meet my new desk mates, Lenny and Pepper. They like long walks on the snow, and no they don’t know Frosty. Come by and say hi!

Got to meet a lot of people today and listened to a lot of stories. By far my favorite was for this blue Dodge Pickup. It’s origin lies with a landmark in Monte Rio, the Pink Elephant Bar. The owner back of that bar had this truck, and as the story goes let it go in 1974, for $325. The second owner sat on the purchase and didn’t do much to the car, and when he was 75, he gave the car to the current owner, for free. This owner restored it, put a lot of TLC and hours into the car, and restored it to its prime. It was a cool story to hear, and a beautiful car to look at. Thank you again to all who I got to meet and talk to. I had a blast!

Unreal... I just witnessed a car honk at an elderly person for not crossing the street fast enough. Thankfully the person chose to ignore the car and continue to go about their business, but I couldn’t believe what I had seen. #friendlyfridayreminder - slow down, relax, and enjoy the day. Nothing is so important that you have to scare someone into moving faster for you. Roll down your window and breathe in, you’re gonna be ok. Happy Friday everyone!
