Perfect Sunday morning run with Team Sheeper.

Past and current team members recently travelled to Hawaii to compete in the Lavaman Triathlon. A good time was had by all and it looks like this could be a team event in 2018.

With all the rain we've had causing mudslides and more serious road damage in the Santa Cruz Mountains, we had to get creative to get our normal climbing in.
