HUGE REMINDERS FOR THIS COMING WEEK; NO CHEER NO TUMBLING NO KICKBOXING ... NO PRIVATE TUMBLING NO PERSONAL TRAINING AT ALL WE’RE CLOSED all week for thanksgiving! Our two instructors will run sweat THIS WEEK AND Night classes will be held MONDAY/ TUESDAY /WEDNESDAY Normal time 6:30p.m And morning classes are TUESDAY /WEDNESDAY 5:30a.m We hope you have the most AMAZING AND WONDERFUL THANKSGIVING break ever!! We truly love our #TeamNAVAfit family and are BEYOND thankful for you ALL!! Eat lots of YUMMY delicious foods, hug your loved ones and tell them how thankful you are for them! I can FINALLY announce and THANK everyone once agin for YEAR NUMBER 4 as Yuba sutters BEST fitness instructor!! It’s humbling, motivating and jaw dropping to know I’ve got such an amazing supportive team behind me and the family we’ve gained along the way doing something I absolutely love!! I never imaged owning a fitness center, losing weight how I did, or becoming a motivator to thousands around the world; but I’m SO INCREDIBLY happy I put my mind to becoming healthy and ...not only chagining my life, but so many others! To ALL who have helped be part of what #TeamNAVAfit is, to ALL who love, Support and believe in us and our family; WE THANK YOU!!! Reminders going out weekly; THE ENTIRE GYM IS CLOSED AUGUST 29th-SEPTEMBER 7th!! Zachs birthday is August 31st... Mine is September 1st Labor Day is September 7th This MEANS CLOSED TO EVERYTHING NO classes No tumbling No cheer No kickboxing No training!
