Soooo happy for very dear friends Jonny & Alex, on becoming brand new homeowners yesterday!!! What a way to start 2021! These 2 were fearless and knew just what they were looking for, after only about a month they fell in love with this lovely single level home (on a 1/4-acre lot!) in an adorable neighborhood (scroll to see the beautiful park at the end of their cul de sac). They were the winning bid against 3 other offers and are so stoked to call this Rohnert Park cutie their very first home!! My only lament is that our time working together has come to an end #firstsaleof2021
