I love using the word "tea" as a verb. To "tea" with someone is to share more than just a warm beverage, it is a chance to connect with a loved one. #teaculture #teawithme

Elevation plays a big part in the taste profile of tea. Different flavors are are achieved by tea gardeners based on how high the tea is grown and processed. I dream of traveling to Taiwan, where some of the most famous high mountain Oolongs are formed. These exquisite teas are fruity and complex. It is hard to believe that such taste can be achieved without any flavoring.

When you sip tea, it's best to sip loudly. This brings air into your mouth and allows you to taste the subtler notes. #teaculture #tea

The roots of tea. I love the heritage that has remained in tact for several thousand years. Every sip of pure, loose-leaf tea reminds me of the master tea gardeners of old, whose craft has been passed on to modern day growers.
