For weeks now, we have implemented measures in our shop to prevent the spread of COVID19. This includes disinfecting ALL devices as they come in, and then again as they are packed or before they are given back to the customer with 3 different disinfecting products. We also disinfect all workstations, counters, keyboards and other high touch items daily. At this time we have no plans to close mail in services. We do expect however, that local authorities may order non essential businesses to close in the coming weeks. If this happens, we will be complying, However you can still get your device fixed by shipping it to us. This may be subject to change as the situation changes, but that is where we are out now. Currently there is no plans of any closures, but following trends elsewhere, it is expected to happen.

Due to recent industry events regarding coronavirus, we feel the need to make a update regarding parts used to repair customers devices. -Logic Board Repairs will be entirely unaffected by parts shortages at this time. We have enough board components in stock to likely last the remainder of 2020. - Many general repair components are in stock, and are provided from device pulls, and not stock from China, so many general repairs will be unaffected. ... - Batteries, at this time, may be affected by the shortages starting sometime in march. Battery failures are rare, and worst case, during the shortage, grade A / B pulls from other devices may need to be used. No unsual wait times due to parts shortages are anticipated at this time.

The 14 freeway is currently closed due to the Saddleridge Fire which effectively prevents any shipments sent from southern California, or south of our location from reaching us. In addition, any shipments sent via UPS, USPS or FedEx Express that arrived at KLAX or KBUR will also be delayed as they also would have to travel across the 14 freeway to reach the destination hubs. We are unsure about outgoing shipments, however FedEx Express shipments will likely be delayed, as mos...t will be transported to KBUR or KLAX to be flown out. FedEx Ground shipments inbound and outbound to northern CA, Far south CA and OC and the rest of the US should not be affected. It is also possible that future inbound/outbound shipments will utilize KONT as a destination/arrival airport, which should eliminate the delay. We cannot confirm this, however when we do, we will post a update. Our location is fairly far from the fire, and will not be affected. Thank you for your understanding! See more

GE Healthcare 8 Ch Cervical Thoracic Lumbar 1.5T MRI coil with a failed cervical element. 820-3437 in a 2013 MacBook Air with a short inside the PCB substrate... fixed by drilling a hole through the board, and the digging the remaining shorted layers out with a xacto knife. Worked perfectly after it was finished! Short was nearly undetectable, however the use of #FLIR made it a breeze to find. #macbookair #macbook #macbookpro #macbookrepair #apple #tech #technology #volt #amp
