California Single Member LLCs Tax Filing Deadline is April 15th! Details: Single Member LLCs (Form 568) not owned by a pass-through entity are due on April 15th. If your single member LLC is reported on your personal filings, then your LLC extension is covered by the individual tax return extension to file which extends your deadline to October 15th.
