Safely operate and clean all machines. Read and classify label content, product quality and freshness. Cook and steam the food Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 1-2 year experience in food line, packing, cooking and cutting (Preferred) Be flexible to assigned working schedule, including early morning 7:30 AM shift, holiday, and weekend. Able to work in environment from 32 to 50F and with machinery emitting heat of 350F. Able to frequently carry objects up to 25+ lbs and stand for a long period of time. Have Food Handlers Card or willing to obtain one. Must be self-motivated, creative, and passionate for food. Having strong time management, interpersonal skill and teamwork.
