The holidays are about family and friends and one of our Beverage Director @boozephreak’s fondest family memories is the clove studded orange or a Pomander Ball. Inspired by this festive and decorative tradition, Blake brings together hot tea, a strong orange flavor, and spices with his Orange Spice Hot Todd...y. Garnish with a generous strip of orange peel, making sure to coat the edge of the mug with the orange oil. Enjoy! Cinnamon is a holiday flavor that we absolutely love. It’s warm and festive and makes for a tasty treat! But how about in a cocktail? Our Beverage Director @boozephreaks highlights the sophisticated cinnamon flavor of the Cannella Cinnamon Cordial from Ferino Distillery to make this delicious cocktail. Cheers! GINGERBREAD SOUR 1 oz Bourbon... oz Cannella Cinnamon Cordial oz Lemon Juice oz Ginger Syrup 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters Put all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake well.
