During shelter in place, I really got into baking sourdough! Here is a Sourdough Chocolate Babka I made for my friend celebrating his 71st birthday, made with dandelion chocolate and Kerrygold butter. I skipped the freezer step and it braided just fine without it. I only used half the sugar glaze and it turned out amazing! He said it would have made his grandmother proud!
