Saturday May 20th Parkway Gym Parkway & Fourth Ave. Chula Vista. CA. Breaking Competition Guidelines Competitors shall be ranked Red belt or higher. . One break perfomance only however, multiple targets may be permitted if the breaks are executed simultaniously. Breaking with the head is not permitted. Fire is not permitted. Competitors should prepare their own holders. Competitor has maximum of 90 seconds for set up and execution. No introduction or description is required. Breaking materials should be standard 1 inch boards. Bricks and concrete are also allowed, floor covering is required. No more than two breaking attempts will be permitted. A successful break on the first attempt scores higher than a successful second attempt. Multiple boards score higher than a single board as long as the break is successful on first attempt. An unsuccessful break attempt recieves no score. Level of difficulty will be considered: A jump technique scores more difficult than a ground technique. A jumping spinning technique is more difficult than a jumping technique.
