Everyone come support this restaurant once they’re able to open back up. A waitress quit after being told she couldn’t wear a political BLM face mask while working. Their dress code prevents political clothing. This was not an act of racism. And now they’re being targeted, threatened and forced to be closed until they feel safe. This is unacceptable. They shouldn’t have to put their staff through diversity training because of following a dress code!!!!

A few days ago, local moms groups online started blowing up with this story of an attempted kidnapping. Many people questioning if it was real or not. Many people jumping on to say they know her and it’s real and accusing people of victim shaming. Meanwhile, while every parent in the community is losing their shit thinking their kids will be kidnapped, this woman is going from 6k followers to 80k followers on Instagram. She had posted a story online that included more evid...ence than her false report to the police and because of that the community demanded investigation, even though she stated she wanted no one arrested. Who wouldn’t want kidnappers arrested? After finding the alleged kidnappers and identifying them as regular, non-predatory members of our community, the conclusion is that her story was completely made up. This is just a paranoid racist white lady afraid of brown people shopping for craft supplies. She should be held accountable for what she just put that couple through this week. See more
