Catered a wedding today for 120 guests. Can you believe we didn’t get pictures of dinner? But look at how amazing my crew is! Those apps were so amazing!!! For dinner we served Grilled Chicken, Trip tip, mash potatoes, Mac and cheese, corn on the cob and corn bread. We made Aju for the beef and made up a buffalo bbq sauce. To top off the night they of course, wanted TACOS!

Catered a wedding last night. This included Cocktail hour where we served 4 cheese jalapeño poppers, shrimp & avo bites and 7 layer tostadas. For dinner we served Chicken & Steak fajitas with Cheese enchiladas (grooms favorite) Mexican rice, black beans, and a pico de pájaro salsa. It all went so amazing and our crew rocked it! Oh yeah and served Tacos for the after party!!

Today we were hired to do a Burger & Hot dog bar!!! It was create your own burger and hot dog. We had cute little recipes for different type of burgers and Baja style bacon wrapped hot dogs topped with grilled onions and peppers!!!
