This patient is working on strength after surgery to resolve a fracture and a ligament repair after falling from over 1 story. His job requires him to lift a lot of weight all day long. When he first came to us he could only produce 1 pound of strength through his forearm and hand. Now as you can see he’s holding a 10 pound dumbell without any pain! This patient was Superman today! When he first started physical therapy he could only tolerate .5 mph for 5 minutes on the treadmill with no jets on, due to pain. He has now progressed tremendously and tolerates the treadmill at 5.0 mph for 20 minutes with the jets going at 100%!
