I was SCARED OUT OF MY MIND to hold a baby for half of my life. Yeah, I was a bit perplexed as to how to hold one, also paralyzed in my belief that if I did held one I would just may have miraculously conceived (or at least want one sooooo much, I could never look back). All throughout my 20s I researched fetal development and growth, nutrition for pregnancy, heck even was a dietetic aid for pregnant mothers at UC Davis but I avoided babies at all cost. I kept telling the st...ory that all I was interested in was the development of the baby prior to birth. Around my Saturn return (late 20s), I realized a part of my life purpose is to be a mother. I guess the hint of me wanting to wear a moomoo for the rest of my life as a teenager could have been a clue but I was clueless. I was scared to mention to anybody, afraid of people who would run away from me or break up with me. I contained this for sometime. It was the deciding factor of a relationship I was in at the time. As painful as the breakup was, I followed my guiding light, my heart because I knew my children awaited my embrace. I’ve spent 2/3 of my life immersed in everything baby and I’ve loved every ounce of it. If you’ve always wanted to be a mother, you feel it, you know it deep within. & then there are those who have surprise miracle babies unplanned Babies are miracles, a soul incarnated, a blessing, and a gift to this world.
