the classes we offer mon, wed , fri, 330pm-530pm Preschool/Elementary kids (age4-8). Is a 30 -45 min class to focus on the child learning beginner cordination and agility drills through games and drills. Parent are encourage do this class with there youngsters as a bonding and also help the parent understand how to run some of these drills with there children. Elementary/Middle school (age 9 13) this is the most important time for your child to succeed in sports as this is ...there awkward stage. With all the issues that comes with growth spurts . flexability, motor skills. This class will be a 1hr long class to work on flexibility, hand eye coordination, self weighted exercises and foot work drills . all this will set the foundation for better jumping and faster running High school (age14-17) this is a class that is advance in the movements and the skill level it will incorperate more restiance bands and weights. While improving explosion , agility and sports specfic movements . if you are a decent athlete it will make you good if you’re an good it will make you great. No matter the skill level it will challenge you.
