We like to think of curry cauli and peppercorn tahina as long lost lovers, reunited at last on your plate, in your bowl, and always on the side. Dunk, dip, drizzle + have a love affair with lunch (or linner, dinner, etc).
Oft perceived as an imperfection, cauliflower naturally turns a little yellow when exposed to the sun. Though this discoloration has no effect on taste, many farmers will tie the largest leaves over the head to curb it. But at sg, we like a little color on our caulis which is why we give ours a generous sprinkling of curry + our housemade umami seasoning.

Earlier this year, we made a commitment to create sustainable change at sweetgreen, including supporting our team’s ability to vote. Check out the below for the latest updates on how we’re ensuring our teams have the tools, knowledge, and time to vote this fall.
We like to think there are two types of people: the crazy-about-cauli types and the big-on-Brussels crowd. But we’re here to tell you you can be both. In the spirit of not-choosing (aka having your greens + eating them too) we present: the Chicken Curry Cauli plate feat. everyone’s favorite (vegan!) dressing: peppercorn tahina. We <3 you.
Greens are the new gold. :@gabbois
It’s national #VoteEarlyDay and we’re teaming up with our friends at World Central Kitchen to help you guac the vote. We’re posting up at polling sites across the country, especially those with historically long lines, predicted high voter turnouts, and limited facilities. To support people exercising their right to vote (and potentially waiting a little longer to do so), we’ll be giving free bowls to anyone + everyone between today and election day. We’re following our greens to the polls and we hope you do too (tag us if you see us!) #ChefsForThePolls
Mac + cheese, PB+J, Chicken + Brussels. What can we say, these two ingredients go together like, well you know.
Joe Czajkowski, the New England king of Brussels, is a third generation farmer with a one of a kind sprout-and-stalk separating machine from the Netherlands. He’s not real royalty but if he was we’d pledge our allegiance. Meet Joe and his stalk-growing team in our story tomorrow. #opensource
You: Adds roasted Brussels sprouts to Harvest Bowl. You: Us:
It's Chicken + Brussels szn.
Curry cauli’s back in a bowl, and on a plate, too. Enter: Chicken Curry Cauli, feat. herby cilantro, raisins, and double the cruciferous-ness (hello, Brussels sprout slaw). It’s warm/spicy-sweet/impossible not to eat!
Add some fall flaves to your go-to faves. Seasonal sides are here: Brussels Slaw (balsamic, walnuts, raisins + Brussels aka fall in a nutshell) and Curry Roasted Cauli (cauli florets seasoned with warm-you-right-up curry spice + peppercorn tahina for dipping/dunking).
Hearty, slightly charred, and layered with our fave fall fixings: the Chicken + Brussels salad. It’s the cozy, cran-berried bowl you’ve been waiting all year for.
