We are so Blessed to live in Orange County, the weather is unbelievable, endless sunshine, ALL the Flowers are blooming, longer daylight hours for outdoor activity. I love walking Balboa Island taking in the breathtaking views of the marina and the beautiful homes, it feels like a small intimate village with ALL the shops and restaurants, not to mention ice cream and yogurt shops!! The Real Estate Market is heating up with lots of inventory and super interest rates. If ...you have been on the side lines you really need to jump in and Buy a home. We are so fortunate that so many of our homes in Orange County (28,000 approximately homeowners) have come from an under water position (no equity, owed more than the value of the home) to an opportunity, IF the owner desires to be able to Sell their homes at this time.
