The City of Chico is seeking the community’s feedback on its Homeless Opportunities Plan through an online survey now available on the City’s website at https:/.../chico.ca.us/homelessopporunitiesplansurvey. Introduced at the September 22, 2020 Special Council Meeting, the Homeless Opportunities Plan defines and addresses Chico’s approach toward combatting street homelessness. The City has both immediate and long-term opportunities that will impact the quality of life for all its residents, both housed and unhoused. A vital component to both the development and implementation of a Housing Opportunities plan is YOUR input and feedback.
