Sushi Hanada will be closed from June 12 to June 16, 2016 while Chef Hanada is on holiday. We look forward to serving you again when he returns on June 17.
Toro Tuna Belly When Chef Hanada prepares Toro, it melts in your mouth. This lovely cut from the belly of the tuna is called Toro. The quantity is limited as it is a small part of the entire fish. This sweet and creamy fish is available year round.
