For all those within the TAFB area: this Thursday's menu will be Broccoli-Beef with pancit and steamed rice. Any DGMC or Travis AFB takers? Typically we work with the DGMC O/R, but can accommodate most base patrons as well. Let us know!

Greetings! Sorry it has been so long for any posts here. Still business as usual, only our lunch has changed to Thursday. Mostly taking food to DGMC OR area. Had a great lunch yesterday with Susan's famous Asian-Garlic wings, pancit, and fried rice! OK, folks, here is this week's Furlough-Friday menu: Honey-garlic chicken wings with fried rice and pancit. Available as a side order will be the Susan's award-winning caramel-apple lumpia for only $.75 each. Please comment on what you would like to have in the future! Adobo has been requested and will be coming soon!

Still thinking about this week's menu...maybe teriyaki. Any suggestions? Furlough Friday!!!

ALERT!!! The menu for this Friday, August 9, 2013, will be pork cutlet, stir-fry vegetables, and steamed rice. Also, banana lumpia and egg rolls (not lumpia) will be available as separate items, too. Egg rolls are $1.00 each and the banana lumpia is .75 each. Anyone interested in a box lunch can either comment to this post or call Susan.

So, obviously the "physical" restaurant plans fell through. But, we have been doing quite a bit of catering! Every Friday Susan will be making a box lunch for those around the Travis area. Anyone interested should call Susan or inbox us! Yesterday's special was Filipino Beef Steak with rice and pancit!!!

Completing Business Plan now for financing additional items and construction. June 1 opening may be delayed some, but will open as soon as possible! Anyone hungry?!?

So...we're not quite ready to open yet. But, if anybody needs something, let us know! If you want to order some lumpia, pancit, fried rice, or whatever, just ask!
