Have you heard of Astaxanthin? Living in CA & being a surfer, I admit I am in sun too much. My love for surfing & the feeling of the sun win most days! @surfwithlily That means I am always seeking components that will boost my body’s resistance to UV rays internally & externally... What I found Was that pilots were taking Astaxanthin to give their body’s an internal UV boost when flying.... A little orange colored vitamin that comes from an algae that in order to protect itself from the sun turns a pink color.
