We get most of our Vitamin D from the sun, so during the fall and winter seasons our intake can drastically drop. Consider taking a supplement or eating a diet rich in Vitamin D to boost your mood and immune system! #surfcitykidsdds #surfcitypediatricdentistry #pediatricdentistry #kidsdentist #childrensdentist #drguijon #ocbestkidsdentist #wheresmilesstart #surfcitydentist #huntingtonbeachdentist #hbdentist #hbpediatricdentist #hbkidsdentist #hbkidsdentistry #ockidsdentist

Boost your immune system! The easiest way to do this is by drinking plenty of water, washing your hands often, and eating a healthy nutrient-rich diet.

Cleaner air and a brighter home year-round? Don't mind if we do. Who else loves having plants at home?

Surf City Pediatric Dentistry 26.10.2020

Dear Parents: On December 3, 2020 Governor Newsom and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) announced a limited Stay-At-Home order that is based on a regional Intensive Care Unit (ICU) capacity. Under this new order if our Southern California region ICU capacity drops below 15%, residents will be directed to remain in their homes for three weeks minimum, unless they are conducting essential activities. The CDPH has deemed DENTAL CARE as ESSENTIAL, and therefore th...is order does not impact your access to dental care. Surf City Pediatric Dentistry continues to follow the recommendations and resources provided by CDPH for resuming deferred and preventive dental care. Routine dental care prevents and eliminates oral disease and infection, and good oral health also leads to an overall healthy body. At Surf City Pediatric Dentistry, we continue to follow strict safety precautions and infection control procedures to keep our patients and staff safe. If you would like to read more about what Dr. John Guijon and the team are doing for your safety, please read the Coronavirus Update on our website at https://www.surfcitykidsdds.com/coronavirus-update If you have any questions, please feel free to discuss this with any of our team members or with Dr. John Guijon Warm regards, Dr. John Guijon and Team
