At the first Shots For Tots Tournament a few years ago, they were able to fit all the donated toys in a car. Now they have to bring a trailer!! A few hundred kids in Fresno County will have something to look forward to thanks to the generosity of our members and guests! Thank you!! #marinetoysfortots

Bryan Leiser is the 2020 Senior Club Champion! Bryan, Phil Romero and Greg Funk were all tied going into 18. Phil and Greg were on the green with birdie putts. Bryan punched out from a tree well over the green. He then proceeded to chip in for birdie! Romero and Funk were unable to convert. Congratulations to Bryan and all the flight winners!!

We’re excited about the steady growth in our junior programs! From our youth camps to our surge in the 21-30 year old membership category. Our Junior Club Championship was held this weekend. Rachel Aujero won the girls division and Chris Bettencourt won the boys title!

Club Championship weekend! Jeff Yamaguchi fired a second round 68 for a 3 shot victory and is the 2020 Club Champion!Luke Oehlschlaeger beat Chad Bell in a playoff for 2nd place. In the 1st flight, Byron Johnson took down a feisty Ryan Kampf in a playoff to win the gross. Ron Beglin won the net division followed by Dave Johnson. Thank you to all that played!

Up until last week, no one has shot lower than 62 at our 109 year old club. Michael Cliff, a fairly new jr. member and also a junior at Fresno State has changed all that posting an incredible 61 from the blue tees. He birdied the first 5 holes and had a feeling a special round might be in the works and made a point to hole out every putt from there on in. A gutsy par on 18 preserved his record breaking day! Congratulations!!
