#GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past nine years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. This year, the Rotary Club of Hemet is working hard to make an impact in our own community. We have assisted with food distribution throughout this pandemic, which has reached nearly 50,000 meals. We are raising money throu...gh our Summit-4-Youth campaign to send our local youth to leadership camps and establish an EarlyAct club at the My City Youth Center. EarlyAct provides young students the opportunity for gaining an increased awareness and knowledge of their community and the world. At a young age, all students can easily be encouraged to be caring and helpful. Their minds are open to recognize the dignity and worth of each individual which builds respect for others. We ask that you consider supporting the Rotary Club of Hemet this December 1, 2020, as the world participates in #givingtuesday2020
