As the County moves into the 2nd phase of the shelter in place, we have partially reopened. We are meeting with clients on a limited basis and only by appointment with everyone wearing face masks. Our building remains locked, so when you arrive for your appointment, please call the office and someone will come down to let you into the building. Much of our staff is still working remotely, so please forgive the delays in our responding to your calls and email.

Due to a small kitchen fire, we have had to take down our interent and telephone systems temporarily for cleaning. We will not be able to receive or respond to email or telephone calls until the systems are cleaned and reinstalled. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

By Order of the County of Santa Clara our office is closed through the end of May 2020. Sheri and Leslie will be checking emails periodically, but will not have access to the telephones to retrieve voicemail. We are not accepting new clients at this time. The court has been rescheduling hearings and as we receive notice from the court, we will send out updates to those affected. In some cases we are not receiving the new court dates until after your scheduled hearing. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Due to concerns for the health and safety of our clients and staff from COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending in-office meetings. If you have an appointment scheduled, our staff will be calling you to reschedule your appointment to April. In some limited circumstances for existing clients we will give you the option of a telephone conference. We will not be offering telephone appointments to new clients. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
