A converted toy warehouse in the Arts District. It's challenging figuring out how to configure a space without walls, but when you do, the outcome is breathtaking. What do I love most about this home? The atmosphere of course! That's our focus when we stage properties. It's never about the furniture. It's about how the viewer feels looking at the space. I did a little bit of acting in this one too. Can't wait to get back into doing what we love to do. Stay healthy friends

When the space is large enough for multiple functions, furniture placement can section off the room for better flow. This space was designed as a communal work space. Counter with stools in the back sectioned off by sofa and chairs in the front. Two teams can comfortably work in one room.

Can you imagine living here? Looking out that large arched window in the living room, having breakfast in that sunny alcove, cooking dinner for your family in this bright kitchen, sipping a glass of wine on that patio. Staging for an architectural photo shoot allows for more of a creative license than staging for real estate sales. I'm so in love with this bedroom! Huntington Beach, CA.
