WE lost a good man to soon. WE lost a Marine, a police officer, a husband, most importantly a FATHER way to soon. WE knew you to be funny, cocky in the best way possible, loving and kind. You made us laugh, you were smart and thoughtful. The word WE is used because it was never about just 1 individual in the Marine Corp, it was about all of us together working as a team. Although some of us had not seen you in years and some of us were not able to make it to your service today, WE will never forget you. You made life enjoyable for everyone who knew you. She will kick my butt for posting this but oh well. This lady right here deserves all the praise. She asked me back in May to join her in getting back on track with fitness and nutrition. I gladly accepted. We held each other accountable. LITERALLY AND I MEAN LITERALLY every day since we started she has not missed a day of training. Wether walking, running, hiking, taking bootcamp classes or working out on her own, she has LITERALLY not missed a single day. She set goals, achieved them and has kept going! Oh and has played the roll of mom and teacher on top of it all. You are truly my rock! Thank you for inspiring me and the kids. #shetherealmvp #supermom
