Check out the Whole School; Whole Community Mindfulness-Based SEL Program Includes 48 Lessons: 32 Mindfulness-Based Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Lessons This part of the program focuses on the mental health of youth.... These lessons were written, created, and taught by Gina Biegel, MA, LMFT the founder and creator of Stressed Teens and MBSR-T. 16 Mindful-Movement Lessons This part of the program focuses on the physical side of getting youth moving. These lessons are written, created, and taught by Stacie Cooper, MA, PsyD of Stressed Teens. All lessons bring together mindfulness, SEL, and positive neuroplasticity. Access for the Entire School and Home Community for All Students! Flexible for all learning plans (e.g. in-school, hybrid, and distance learning) If changes in your school arise, you can seamlessly bring this program to fit the need. Both programs bring in the activities from the book, Take in the Good: Skills for Staying Positive and Living Your Best Life. This book was drawn by a teen who is now a college student at California Polytechnic University. https://www.stressedteens.com/all-school-program
