Information: There is going to be a short term internet outage for our users in the road 23 and 24 area west of Highway 99 around noon today. We are upgrading a tower site with new/better hardware and a battery backup system. We'll try to keep it to less than 15 minutes if at all possible.... I will update with a better ETA when I have more information

There is a power outage in Orland area affecting some of our users. PG&E had estimated power would be restored at 8:30PM tonight (4-9-22) now they just updated that to 10AM tomorrow. This is in the 99W & Rd 24 area.

It appears like we are having a widespread issue with our upstream internet service from AT&T. Starting around 4PM today. This appears to be affecting more than just our network. High latency and packet loss which affects overall speed of the network.

We did a tower upgrade in Bayliss this afternoon that didn't go completely as planned. Sorry for the interruption and there may be a few issues through the evening as we get the new equipment configured completely. The end result is bringing more capacity to the Bayliss, Ord, Glenn, and 4-corners area.
