We have some exciting events coming up sponsored by National Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs (BPW) and ELCA! The event hosted by BPW is a free webinar event featuring Ruth Umoh, a reporter at Forbes, to empower women in the workplace and help tackle certain hardships such as balancing working remotely and being a mother, or finding more confidence to pursue leadership opportunities. It will be January 23rd from 10AM-11:30AM. (Register at https://www.nfb...pwc.org/event-4097748) The online gathering invites ELCA World Hunger’s leaders, congregations, and newcomers for a time of networking, idea sharing, learning and planning for our shared ministry to address hunger and its root causes in our local and global communities. This year, we will center on John 6:11-12 and the theme And All Were Satisfied. (Registration closes on 1/10/21 and is 20$; there are different sessions spanning across 3 days, 1/20/21-1/23/21 https://community.elca.org//2021-elca-world-hunger-leaders) For more details, please visit our website ( stpaulsmpk.org ) and our Events page located on both the Home and What's Happening Page.

Today we celebrate Epiphany! The feast of Epiphany concludes the Christmas season with a celebration of God’s glory, revealed in the person of Jesus Christ, b...orn among us and immersed in the messiness, complexity and commonness of humanity. We pray that we will recognize God’s divine presence and activity in the world for the redemption and healing of humankind, and for the nurturing of our lives to better emulate Jesus.
