HUGE risks must be taken with great conscious efforts to protect one's self. Dr. Ford demonstrates a definite awareness of the horrifying outcome she might have to endure because she wishes for the US citizens to know that another SCOTUS might be contaminating our judicial system, lacking integrity, lacking honor, lacking respect for women. Thank you Dr. Ford. I know its horrifying to chose to be this bold and brave

Watching others being traumatized, traumatizes us as well and we need to find ways to be stable, be empowered and be helpful. If you have experienced Abuse and Trauma in your past, you might be re-triggered by these horrors of infants, toddlers, children, and teens being separated from their parents or even by the parents' severe loss and worry. So you must regroup to be stable because if you are falling apart, you are not helping yourself nor others. After you regain stability, then consider some degree of helping as another way of recovering from your abuse or trauma.
