Important update regarding COVID-19 We are working under an "APPOINTMENT ONLY" system at this time. 1) When you arrive at Stokes Tires for your appointment, please stay in your vehicle. Do not exit your vehicle and call 310-393-0767 for a service writer.... 2) Your Service writer will assist you in a safe drop off of your vehicle and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Please, prior to arriving at our facility, locate your wheel lock key. We will not be able to assist you in locating your wheel lock key at this time. Your Service writer can provide clarification on what a wheel lock key is or google wheel lock key for description. Again, we will not be able to assist you in locating your wheel lock key at this time. 3) When the call ends, stay in your vehicle and a designated technician will approach your vehicle and give you instructions from 6 feet away. Upon exiting your vehicle place your wheel lock key and car keys on your front seat. Please note, if you are coughing or sneezing during interaction we may refuse to offer services at this time. Please refer to CDC regarding quarantine.* 4) While your car is serviced, please make arrangements to leave the premises and please follow all CDC guidelines of Social DistancIng, which is remaining 6 feet away from each other and our personnel at all times! 5) Upon completion of your automotive service, we will call to notify you. At that time, we can procure payment via telephone with an email authorization or If you prefer upon pickup of your vehicle. Once payment is complete, the invoice will be emailed to the email address we have on file. 6) Delivery of your vehicle - When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, a technician will walk to your vehicle and place your keys and wheel lock gently on the front seat. Once they have cleared the area, they will signal you to return to your vehicle. (similar to a carwash facility) 7) Please call your service advisor at 310-393-0767 for any follow-up appointments, concerns or questions. At this time our technicians will not be available for any discussions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of great uncertainty. Your health is our most important concern.
