If the Tactics Employeed by 209 Times to Attack Polticial Opponents Seem Familer -- They Should! In the field of Social Media Fake News can be as simple as spreading Misinformation or as Dangerous as Smearing Hateful Propoganda.

With a pro-law enforcement mayor of Stockton now in office, will Kevin Lincoln be subjected to the same 209 Times protests as Michael Tubbs? In the winter of 2017, Stockton’s city council meeting was packed with Black Lives Matter protesters in support of relatives killed during confrontations with law enforcement. It’s believed that the blog known as 209 Times engineered the protest and intentionally provoke further confrontations to provide the site a viral boost.
