Mustang family - We have been getting a lot of emails about conditioning days and times. If your player is in 0 period conditioning with Coach Shelton, the schedule is updated/discussed daily. Please make sure they are getting the information there. For those not in 0 period and who haven’t received an email, all three levels are now conditioning in cohorts. Their days and times will depend on the cohort they are placed in.... Step 1: Complete player and parent information here: http://bit.ly/2020STHSFB Step 2: Complete their athletic physical and register and submit it online at https://bit.ly/3jMS82r Within a day or two, the district with notify you via email that the athlete has been cleared. Once cleared, they can begin conditioning. We have no control or insight into this, you just have to wait for the email. If your player has been cleared but hasn’t been placed into a cohort, have them come to the sliding gate (student parking lot) at 3:30 p.m. today. MASKS REQUIRED. Freshman should report at 4 p.m. They may or may not practice today, but they can be placed into a cohort and the coaches will know they are ready to go. Not being on campus makes it very difficult for coaches to get the word out, so we are helping as much as we can. Don’t worry if your player misses a day or a week, we have many players in the same situation. They goal is to get them cleared and out conditioning in a safe manner. If they are not feeling well, stay home! They will be temp checked every practice and are required to stay in their cohorts with their assigned coach no wandering and talking to friends. Cohorts have and will be shutdown if a player or coach is ill. A positive test means a shutdown of at least 14 days. So again, if you have completed steps 1 and 2 and have received the cleared email, your player can go to the gate at 3:30 pm today (freshmen at 4 pm) to be placed into a cohort. For all our Frosh/Soph parents! "Frosh/Soph will be showing up at 4pm Monday to begin entering cohorts. Entry way is the sliding gate. Please respect the social distancing mandate. We will continually add players into cohorts as they get cleared throughout this conditioning process. Please be patient with us, information is evolving and plans have to adapt multiple times daily."

IT'S TIME! Since we are able to go back to small-group conditioning later this month, all players need to get their sports physicals ASAP to participate! This must be done online this year. 1. Parents/guardians must register at the site below, fill out the information (you'll need your student's school ID number), and e-sign the forms with your player. This takes about 5 minutes and can be done on your phone. 2. Print the physical exam form that your physician will... fill out and sign. Message us if you need a printed form and someone on the TDC Board can get it to you. Please do not go to the school to get one. 3.
