Merry Christmas!! May all beings all over the world...human...animal...Mother Earth...may they all feel loved and supported. This year has been...well you all know. But... I’ve learned I am resilient and most humans are. I’ve tapped into more of my healing abilities and how I can be more of service. I’ve become stronger in my faith of goodness and of the light. ... I’ve lost touch with some I love but have gained some others which makes my full. I’ve slowly let fear go and am stepping into my truth. I realize not everyone perhaps has had this same experience of 2020..I get it, and I am here for support, for love and for compassion. Reach for the top! I love playing with shapes... it makes me feel young. And I’m reminded to be grateful for what I have. As more small businesses close, as more people suffer from loss, bad health, grief, etc , we must foster compassion. Can we step outside ourselves for a moment at least and release our judgments? We have soo many judgments..myself included. But guess what? Most often we are judging and making up these scenarios in our heads about a situation or peop...le and it’s usually not the actual reality! Everyone is going through their own battle of some sort, it’s the human condition I suppose. So I know I am going to step more into having compassion, releasing judgment, and knowing that if you’re human, you are more like me than I may think. Send out compassion to yourself first and foremost and then it’s easier to send it out to others. It’s needed people, plain and simple. Attitude of Gratitude. It literally changes energy. As this crazy year winds down and gets crazier...(cuz it will) remember to step into your power, (you’ve had it all along). To meditate or to not meditate..that is NOT the question! Lol Meditation is the answer. There are so many forms of meditation... find which speaks to you. Tap into your intuition, your feeling center. You can sit formally and meditate, the posture is specific, you can go for a walk and meditate, do dishes while meditating, practice Metta meditation. You can try Vipassana insight meditation, or guided meditation. Mantras. Oh the list goes on. I’m a fan of all these types. Y...oga is it’s own meditation. The beauty is we can make it our own. I do recommend being still as well though. It’s valuable to the soul. As we move forward to another year, what is your soul calling forth? Are you listening? Friday feels. Face your fears and fly like the wind. Wow so applies to all of life doesn’t it? Fear only has the power you give it. Stand tall, trust your gut it’s there for a reason.
