Great News! The FHFA (Federal Housing Finance Agency) released their House Price Index, which measures home price appreciation on single-family homes with conforming loan amounts. Home prices rose 1% in July and are up 6.5% year over year, which is even stronger than the 5.8% in the previous report and the 4.9% two months ago.
