Another therapist and I are searching for 3 more people to share a lovely office space in Pleasanton. We have identified a house on Division St. near downtown Pleasanton. There are 5 rooms, 4 of which are very spacious with windows and lots of light. The 5th room is smaller, but still has a window and would be great for someone who needs lower rent or is just starting out. The house has 2 bathrooms, a waiting area, and plenty of storage as well as a kitchenette and onsit...e plus street parking. The lease will be 3 years. The rooms available are: 11x13 (2) $750 plus utilities 8x9 $375 plus utilities We are estimating the utilities will increase the overall price of the rooms by approximately $120 per month per person. We are ultimately looking for therapists who like to collaborate and be part of a team! We are also open to other professionals such as attorneys, accountants, insurance brokers etc. If you are looking for part-time office space as well, please let us know as we have other people who may want to share an office.
