Dr. Jane Brooks, licensed psychologist and St. Clement's member, will describe what research tells us about effective ways to handle stress in times of crisis and the behaviors that help people grow from challenges. Discussion will focus on how to reduce the stresses relative to COVID-19 and practical exercises everyone can do with relaxation techniques and easy ways to savor the good in every day.
