Homemade Cold Brew Prep: 10 minutes plus steeping Serves: 4 Ingredients:... 5 cups cold water 1 cups Wide Awake House Blend ground coffee Ice cup Wide Awake creamer Full Circle Market Organic Pure Cane Sugar (optional) Directions 1. In glass jar or container, stir 3 cups water and coffee; let stand 5 minutes. Stir coffee mixture; cover and refrigerate to steep at least 12 or up to 24 hours. 2. Line fine-mesh strainer with cheesecloth. Pour coffee mixture through prepared strainer into clean glass jar or container; discard coffee grounds. Makes about 2 cups. 3. For 1 serving, in glass, stir ice and cup plus 2 tablespoons each cold brew and water; stir in 2 tablespoons creamer and sugar, if desired. Repeat with remaining cold brew, water and creamer to make 3 more servings, or cover and refrigerate remaining cold brew up to 1 week. Chef's Tip: Steeping time will affect the strength of the cold brew, the longer it steeps the stronger the flavor.
