We hauled three direct daughters by our 519C (High Regard) donor to the Western Regional show in Logan. 706E Uno Mas x 519C was the champion cow/calf, 812F Halftime x 519C was 8th overall and a fall baby 816F Bankroll daughter was 10th overall. We are excited to get the first daughters of one of our most successful show heifers ever raised in production and are very happy with the direction her daughters are headed.

Good females are built from powerful cow families. The 135Y King Meyer has become the go to cow for us the past few years raising our high selling heifers the past three years and constantly producing females that find there way to the back drop. Our favorite daughter to date 519C, this past year was named supreme female at Cow Palace and Red Wave Classic, Reserve Supreme female at Arizona Nationals and fifth overall at Western Bonanza and most recently Reserve Cow Calf at... the western regional Simmental classic. 135Y most recent daughter 601D shown by the Souza family has consistently been a division contender and many time division champion or reserve. We are excited about the future of this cow family and where it goes. Every year I tell my self I need to have a online sale with the top end of our heifers and never get around to it. Been a good thing for some lucky families that have had some tremendous success over the past few years with heifers bought privately for a fraction of what they possibly could bring. This year the quality ran as deep as it ever has for our small program. We have a excellent set of percentage Simmental, maintainer and char cross heifers. It's been a lot of years in the barns at red wave but this year was as special as it gets. Big congrats to my own kid Jared on your supreme heifer. Best part w...as doing it with one you raise. We have had alot of fun dragging this one around and I can't be more proud of the person you are becoming Jared. Thank you to everyone for the compliments on the heifer and it means a lot to me to be part of a business I can enjoy with friends and family. See more
