Parking in Lot 8 across from arena. Gladys L. Lemmons Senior Community Center - Oakdale 1st Dose Only - Friday 2.12.21 Time: 9am-4pm Address: 450 East A Street, Oakdale, California 95361 Creekside Middle School - Patterson No clinics scheduled during the week of 2.8.21 Due to a limited number of vaccines, only the Oakdale site will be open for 1st doses.
