Stanislaus Towing Services has been removing vehicles from the California Aqueduct and the Delta Mendota Canal for roughly ten years now. We’ve seen a lot of different types of vehicles. However, yesterday’s vehicle came as a huge surprise. After using our sonar to pinpoint the exact location of the submerged vehicle, we pulled out a Maserati about 100 yards south of tire tracks found on the bank of the Aqueduct. Have to admit we were both a little excited and saddened to see the current condition of this once obviously beautiful car.
