TEAM SHOUT-OUT TIME The past couple of weeks have been insanely busy around here. We realize how lucky we are to be open and able to provide food safely to our community. And I just want to take a sec to shout-out @joserivera.la and @chefchingona for working tirelessly and selflessly during the pandemic. Jose’s been working nonstop and managing/filling the countless online delivery orders we’ve been getting. And you know the sausages, meatballs, specialty products, and duck fat you see in the case? LOCAL HOME DELIVERY. When our meat arrives later today we’ll reopen our online store. (Click the button you see above on our website. Link in bio.) You’ll be able to have a handful of staple items delivered to your home during these times when social distancing is so important. The online selection will include: Ground beef, whole chickens, beef stew meat, some steaks and chops. We’ll add more items as they become available.

Thank you all so much for both your patience and for helping support the small farms we buy from. Many of them primarily wholesale to restaurants and have lost a lot of business in the last couple weeks. By shopping with us you help keep some cash flowing their way. We’re working hard to keep up with demand and get people in and out of the shop quickly. (Just 3-4 people at a time please.) Tomorrow we’ll get a very large delivery in, and even more will arrive Friday.

Still working hard to keep up with incredibly high demand. Thank you for being patient with us. And THANK YOU for supporting the farmers we buy from. Most of them primarily sell to restaurants which means they’ve lost a lot of business in the last couple weeks. When you shop here you’re helping them keep some amount of cash flow coming in. After tomorrow we’ve got a lot more meat and dry goods arriving every other day. We’ll be happy to try to help everyone and get you what you need. (With a maximum of 3 people in the shop at a time.) Stay healthy.

The phone is ringing nonstop here, but there is simply no way for us to answer calls, check emails, take orders, while safely and fairly helping everyone who comes in the door. We have deliveries arriving 3-4 days a week. We will not run out of food. We’re here for you. Thank you for your patience and please be safe out there.

We’re trying as hard as we can to keep up with demand but phone calls and reservations just aren’t doable at this time. Come see us we’re pretty well stocked today but selling fast.
