Tonight (12/21) at 6:30PM, CBS Evening News will air interviews of Stalwart Law Group clients Michael Farhat and Gina Warsavsky, plaintiffs in two separate lawsuits against car manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover led by Dylan Ruga and Brian Poulter. The lawsuits allege that a Defective Gear Selector in Land Rover’s Range Rover HSE vehicle caused catastrophic injuries. Mr. Farhat’s wife, mother of two small children, and successful entrepreneur, Shadi Askari, died from her injuri...es when her 2017 Range Rover HSE rolled over her. Ms. Warsavsky was also injured when her 2019 Range Rover HSE rolled over her, but miraculously survived. Tune in tonight to hear their stories.
