Current Status - Wednesday May 20th
The park is still drying out but a number of features are back open and so is the parking. Please bring your mask and ensure you maintain social distance from other riders at the park. #RIDETHELAKE
PARK CURRENTLY CLOSED: The overnight downpour in Novato has left our bike park too wet to ride today. We anticipate the park to be open once it dries in the next few days. We are also pleased to share that the parking limitation has been lifted so once the dirt dries, you are welcome to drive again to come visit the park! #ridethelake
We are excited to see the park opening back up - please note the parking is still closed so you will need to ride here in order to ride at the park. Thank you for your patience and understanding while the rangers work to open things up in phases.
The bike park is partially open.
The Friends of Stafford Lake Bike Park (FOSLBP) would love your opinion on some current & future features that we are looking to build at the park. The survey will take about 5 minutes for you to answer and will have a comment area at the end to let us know anything else you would like to tell us. Please click this link to take the survey: https://forms.gle/i1Wvy6CZ9P7mkv3w6 As you may know, the Bike Park at Stafford Lake is possible because of a private/public partnership with Marin County Parks. Little to no Measure A monies are employed to design, create or maintain the park. We rely on the Parks own budget for maintenance and oversight, and reply on YOU to help us design and construct the features there. We are grateful for your cooperation and for your perspectives!
The bike park is CLOSED due to wet conditions.
The sun is out, skills loop and kids flow trail are open this afternoon. More rain on the way tonight, so get some gravity while you can!
Due to wet conditions, the bike park is closed.
Hope you can join us tomorrow to dig!!
Shade structure come soon!! Yippee!
Air quality is very poor at the park so Parks has closed it until the air quality improves. Stay safe out there!!
Tomorrow is the last of the 4 race dual slalom races! Join us for a perfect day at the park - fun for the whole family!!
DS Race #2 is this Sunday! We are still in need of volunteers to help make it happen - please let Jim from B17 racing know if you can help: [email protected]
