Please join us for the 18th Annual Gala Auction at St. Robert Catholic School next month! Our theme this year is Denim and Diamonds. We have a variety of great auction items already coming in. Be sure to come out and support our school!!

Reserve your Table of Honor for $50. This will include fine china, dinner served (no buffet line), bottle of champagne, and dessert!

The buffet menu will be: Petite filet of beef with a porcini mushroom demi-glace or Salmon with an Italian salsa... Includes rosemary mashed potatoes and garlic green beans Vegetarian option: Butternut squash ravioli with sage browned butter. Please let us know at the time you buy your tickets if you would like the vegetarian option.

This just in. The menu for the auction buffet will be: Steak, Salmon, garlic green beans, rosemary mashed potatoes. If you wish a vegetarian dish, please let us know ahead of time. The vegetarian fare will be butternut squash ravioli. All prepared by world renowned chef, Steven Dacong of Fat’s family of restaurants. More details to follow
