Our newly established parish group, Sociedad de San Jose del Consuelo officialy served our community for the first time during the Funeral mass of our dear friend Rosalio Diaz, who was our 9:30am mass usher. We would like to thank the members of the Sociedad for supporting the family during their grieving time.

St. John Paul II

Today we Celebrate the Memorial of St. John Paul II. St. John Paul, pray for us.

Our building crew is repairing and peeling off the old paint at the back side of church. Thank you Jesus for giving us these faithful friends, Alfredo, Esteban, and Robert.

I am happy to announce that St. Lucy's has launched 'Sociedad de St. Jose del Consuelo' today. La Sociedad is a parish group for Bereavement Ministry that will support the soul and funeral family with prayers and sacrifices. The commitments of the Society are... 1. Pray 'the prayer for the dead' and 'Rosary prayer' for the deceased and the family for 3days. 2. One Holy Communion for the deceased. 3. Support the bereavement family as Funeral Mass Usher in uniform by rotation. 4. Saturday church cleaning service, at least once a month. St. Lucy's needs more men and students members of the society.
